You can all do some good stuff but alot of the techniques are really terrible, not saying i’m perfect but if your going to be doing classes for people i don’t think they’d be much help
i would like to learn how to do this but where is it
[: you should really tell people where the gym is or it wont be an effective promo.

pretty sweet, but were is it i just started parkour and cant really practice flips so i need a place to go
