@Charliogal You can do it online by using sign up forms, having a street team go to club areas and get people to sign up, or buying someones list. You can get creative with it.
I have your party promoting package but i was wondering would it be breaking the promoters comandments to send a sexy email team to another promoters event to builds ur guest list.
